How do i get a flat stomach and loss fat on my lags?

okay i know i’m fat and i want to do something about it. I want to get abs and loss the fat on my legs but how do i do it? what exercises will help me? i know to stop drinking soda and drink water, i’m already doing that. I just need a few tips and exercises to get started i want to get into a bikinii by the end of this summer. but i don’t want to take pills or anything (gross)

You need to work up your heart beat
through cardio..
Which can include bycicling!
Running, swimming laps and so on!
Crunches are no good until
the layer of fat over your stomach has decreased, because then you just get muscle under your fat and you then push it out more!
Cardio, cardio!
Switching up work out works best and increasing the difficulty so that it is always challenging is a must!
Eat well, lots of protein, fiber and don’t foget those dreaded carbohydrytes. Just have a balanced diet! and make sure you burn more than you eat!

I’m going to try out for the volleyball, softball, and tennis for extra-curricular activities for high school. Is this good for improving weight loss? If not is their any other sports I can try. Next summer I am going to do swimming. I am somewhat overweight.
any sport is good for weight loss.
buildin muscle is good for raising the amount of calories you burn on a regular basis (and burns them) and doing aerobic like running or swimming burns the calories.
balance your eating. eat carbs and proteins, try to avoid fats and processed foods.
eat small meals several times a day to prevent your body from feelin hungry.
check yourself according to your body fat and not according to the scale, you dont need to be skeletal like some of those models.
pinch your skin around ur waist area, if it’s thicker than 1/2 an inch then you need to lose a couple lf pounds. DONT go just by the tables because they dont take into account muscle weight and build.

I’m 14 years old, I’m 5-2 and I weigh about 225lbs. I was wondering if there are any diet pills I could take that would actually work, because I’ve tried like a bazillion diets, and none of them have worked because I can’t stay with it. I mainly only eat because I’m stressed from school or I’m bored. Please if anyone knows of anything let me know.
Look as far as I am concerned you are not going to find a thinner you by going on diet pills. Not to mention that you are far too young to get on them in the first place. If you are eating because of stress, and boredom than you need to force yourself to drink a full glass of water instead and than have a sensible meal or small amount of junk food depending on what you crave. As for boredom? Try to do something with your time so you’re not SO Bord. I found drawing while I watched TV got rid of my munchies. As for stress? Your guess is as good as mine. Look some people can be PIA’s and there’s not much you can do but to try and ignore as much as possible. If you want Yim me you can.

What is a good weight loss plan for a person that is not that active.
Eat less and become more active. No, but seriously, avoid soda, diet or otherwise. Eat several small meals a day. Keep your metabolism going by giving into cravings with healthy snacks. Bring your lunch to work so you don’t go on a Buffalo Wild Wings binge with your co-workers.

Is running good for weight loss in your legs?

I’d like to either lose weight in my legs, or at least tone them nicely. Even if they remain about the same size but turn to muscle I’m fine with that.
Would running with a Wii fit work to achieve this if I only run for 10-20 minutes a day? I have a disability which prevents me from doing more than that unfortunately. Will this be sufficient enough to achieve weight loss in my legs or tone them, or is there nothing I can do since I can’t push myself more than that?

You would probably get more result from a bicycle.
Lower impact and a lot greater articualtion.
It gets the whole package from calves, to hamstrings to quads and best yet the glut.s.

I have tried exercising and cutting back on my food intake but I am still not losing weight as well as I would like. It is hard for me to find a safe diet pill because I am also taking Effexor. Does anyone know of any good diet pills that I can take along with my perscription drug?
