Hi Karen,
You look fantastic! I live in Canada…and I want to do the ORIGINAL hcg diet as you have. Do you know which safe on line pharmacy I can order from? I really don’t want to use the hcg drops…I want to use the real hcg. I have done my research for the past 3 months now I’m ready to start my hcg diet. Because of customs regulations pharmacyescrow is not an option for me. Pharmacyescrow said I could order hcg if I had an adress to deliver to in the US. Still no help to me as hcg has to be sent & go through customs? Where do I go from here? Is it going to be hcg drops after all?

Just wanted to thank you for posting your video clips. I’ve watched most of them. They have inspired me to try. They are really helpful. I am on day 3, so I made it throught my first “real” dieting day. Yeah! I literally pigged out yesterday at an all you can eat restaurant and eat a whole brie just before going to bed. Today, zero weight gain! That got to be impossible.

Yes-you can wash and resuse since you arent using them for injections which would have to be 100% sterile.
