read the label, fake hoodia tends to have alot of fillers. I got my hoodia 100% hoodia from Walmart 3.99 everyone else sells for 20-30 bucks and its the SAME thing and FYI it works …. If you remember to take them as instructed it worked for the first week great then I started to forget to take them but initally it did take away my hunger

Get them only under medical advice and supervision.
Eat healthy and not junk food only when u r hungry and that too not more than three times a day. No Solid/Liquid in between except water. Chew each morsel of food 32 times and see the beneficial effect it has on u. U get clear message to stop further eating.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
This will enable u to achieve the ideal weight in a reasonable time.

I’ve been researching the hoodia industry for the past year and I can tell you that not all hoodia diet pills are the same. The brands that you find in retail chains and discount stores don’t contain authentic hoodia gordonii. If they do, they contain very little of it.
I’ve provided a link below to an article that outlines the 12 things to look for when you buy hoodia diet pills to ensure you get real hoodia gordonii. It will help you distinguish between genuine and fake hoodia diet pills with relative ease.
A study was done by a consumer advocacy group in 2006 where they tested 17 of the most popular brands for authenticity. Only six brands passed the test – and none of the six brands that passed can be found at Walmart or any retail chain. You’ll only find authentic hoodia diet pills online or at health food stores (or other boutique shops).
Real hoodia gordonii is very scarce right now and the demand for it far exceeds the supply available. As a result, the price of hoodia gordonii has gone through the roof (currently over $300/kilo). It is very difficult to tell the difference. A good rule of thumb is that if a company has a reputation to protect the product will be good. Many online sellers are here today, gone tomorrow for a quick profit and you never know what you are getting.
The active ingredient is known as P57.
Pfizer originally had the license to produce it but they released it…suggesting that the use was limited as far as they were concerned.

Paul Hutson, associate professor in the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy, told the Wisconsin State Journal, "For Pfizer to release something dealing with obesity suggests to me that they felt there was no merit to its oral use". Pfizer states that development on P57, the active ingredient of Hoodia, was stopped due to the difficulty of synthesizing P57. Jasjit Bindra, lead researcher for hoodia at Pfizer, states there were indications of unwanted effects on the liver caused by other components, which could not be easily removed from the supplement, adding "Clearly, hoodia has a long way to go before it can earn approval from the Food and Drug Administration. Until safer formulations are developed, dieters should be wary of using it."
