Yasmeen, that sounds like you’ve lost 23 lbs. in a month. You should be losing weight much slower then that generally speaking. I don’t know what effect pregnancy will have, but you must be patient. Most people focus on losing 1 lb. per WEEK! Write back if you need more help. We’ll gladly help.

Thank you for your reply. I can’t wait to try it. Also i have another question if you don’t mind, why do my calves always hurt when i go on the treadmill, i stretch before i do it, but they still hurt especially when i go faster, i can’t go more than 5.5 miles per hour. Is that normal? I do 5 minutes on the treadmill and 5 minutes on the stationery bike, is that considered interval like training?

Fruit is always a good food. Low in calories, high in fiber and water and very filling. Also try a lean protein like fish or chicken. It takes a long time to digest and really quells the appetite.
