Eat less and become more active. No, but seriously, avoid soda, diet or otherwise. Eat several small meals a day. Keep your metabolism going by giving into cravings with healthy snacks. Bring your lunch to work so you don’t go on a Buffalo Wild Wings binge with your co-workers.

You should start out walking 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Once you are in better shape, start jogging. Once you are in better shape, try running. At this point, start working out with weights.
