It wasn’t so much …
It wasn’t so much that I lost weight, its that I lost inches around my gut. At first, I was using 25lb weights to do these drills, and I was exhausted. I didn’t eat well and all through the day I had no energy. The next week I increased my caloric intake, and I began to put on muscle. Muscle weighs FAR more than fat, so I wasn’t losing weight, but inches and within three weeks, my roll had decreased substantially.

I did this workout …
I did this workout and it was great! I mean I was very tired, but it got me into GREAT condition and I did lose the roll around my gut. I used heavier weights and tried to go as fast as I could. Within two weeks I saw very significant improvement, but make sure you eat well because you do burn calories and you will be spent for the rest of the day if you don’t also focus on nutrition. Thanks very much for this video.

you know, I like …
you know, I like this guy for his alternatives for people who can’t do all the stuff at once. I mean, think of all the people out there who have passed the 300 lbs line. You don’t want to discourage them with a work out they can’t do yet. But if you give them an alternative and work them up to the full workout, then theyll lose the weight over time and keep going. :3
